Can I still return "web exclusive priced" products to D&C if they go faulty
D&C Give a full 12 month warranty with all products unless stated and this applies to "instore prices" & "web exclusive" prices.
D&C Will honour the warranty and will deal with any repair either in house or at a local repair centre. Unfortuantly, D&C can not offer the same exclusive service when you purchase a product on a web exclusive price and products must be returned to the store.
D&C Will collect & return faulty Televisions free of charge when purchased instore

What should I do if the goods I receive are faulty?
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are faulty you can return them to us for refund or exchange. However, they must be returned with 14 days (together with any free goods provides) and you should inform us at once of any such problems.

Why is there such a big difference between web-deal prices and in-store prices?
This is really down to the level of service provided. Once you have made your purchase D&C will deliver & install your product free of charge and you will have the peace of mind of a full D&C exclusive warranty for 12 months. Unfortuantly This level of service is not available on Web prices due to the lack of profit margin.
Web prices give a huge discount off intsore prices because you will be ordering from the comfort of your home, D&C Will not be installing the product.
You will of course still get a 12 month warranty on the product but in the unlikely event of the product going faulty, you will be asked to return the product to D&C or contact your local service engineer.
When purchasing products instore you will get great backup service including FREE collection & delivery on all Televisions and a free loan set if needed.
